Accommodation conditions Treehouses:
- Check-in from 16:00 until 19:30, maximum check-out at 12:00.
- Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Tree Huts.
- Facilities not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is essential that one of the guests is of legal age.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hut and in the woods, use candles and / or incense. (the smoking area is enabled in the garden of the farmhouse).
- Non-refundable in case of vertigo.
- Cabin hanging from a tree or suspended between 2, at a height between 3 and 10 meters from the ground, access to the cabin is by a suspension bridge and / or a wooden ladder and the access door is a trap.
- The distance between the reception and the cabin is between 70 and 1,000 meters and must be reached on foot.
- The cabin has no running water or electricity, the toilet is a dry toilet.
- Showers in the farmhouse.
- Cannot cook.
- No phone available.
- In case of force majeure evacuation, bunk beds will be available at the reception farmhouse (no refund).
- We must respect the silence and tranquility of the other cabins, avoid loud music and loud voices.
- All guests must present their identity documents in order to check in.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with the conditions.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will be sent a reminder 2 months before the booking date to make your payment.
A number is assigned to each reservation and allows you to view or modify it.
Credit card payments are made through a secure payment system (redsys).
Any irregular, void, incomplete or fraudulent payment for a reason attributable to the customer, will result in the cancellation of the reservation. In this case, the client waives all legal action.
Once payment has been made, your booking confirmation will be emailed to the address provided. This will allow you to verify your booking details.
In case of payment by international transfer, the costs of the bank transfer are borne by the buyer.
The prices indicated on our site are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Our prices are subject to change at any time without being applicable to reservations already confirmed, with the exception of changes in legal or regulatory taxes established by the competent authorities.

Cancellation and change conditions:
- Up to 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded upon cancellation.
- Up to 15 days in advance, 50% will be refunded upon cancellation.
- In less than 15 days, there will be no refund.
- You can take out an additional guarantee that covers 100% of the reservation in case of cancellation for € 8. See “Additional Warranty”.
- Gifts are non-refundable.
Date change allowed up to 21 days before the reserved date: maximum 1 date change.
